Change of Mind

Due to the nature of ingestible herbal products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened products.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days at the customer’s expense.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos

  • We will offer replacement or refund


Health Reactions

As individual reactions vary, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Taste preferences

  • Personal tolerance

  • Individual results

We strongly recommend starting with small quantities.


Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable once completed.
